Turning business problems into scalable AI solutions

I'm a Microsoft-certified Power Platform Developer and Solution Architect (PL-600, PL-400) with over three years of enterprise software experience across banking and government. I design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio AI agents and the solutions around them — Power Automate actions, Dataverse and SharePoint knowledge sources, SQL and Fabric data, and Microsoft Graph / REST API integrations.

At SARS, I deliver AI-enabled solutions in a governed enterprise environment — DLP policies, connector approvals, and full DEV / QA / PROD application lifecycle management. I work directly with business stakeholders to translate real operational pain points into solutions that are actually used, not just configured.

Power Platform & AI Solutions Developer

Deviare, in partnership with Microsoft — Contracted to SARS, EDM Data Science

  • CARA – Customs Association Risk Agent: AI agent built in Copilot Studio and deployed in Microsoft Teams, answering natural-language Customs risk questions over Fabric data agents.
  • EDM Customs Portal: Designed and built a production Power Apps solution unifying four risk modules, Power BI dashboards and AI agents into one access point for auditors, risk analysts and Customs officers.
  • Automation: Built Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications and usage logging to SharePoint, plus a Forms-based access and enhancement request flow.
  • Data engineering: Built SQL datasets for tax analysis (IT3(e) submissions, provisional tax estimates vs. assessments) and a Python OpenSanctions data-extraction pipeline for risk profiling.

  • Developed and tested the Vendor Scoring System (VSS) using C# and ASP.NET MVC to rate outsourced services.
